Fleet Feet is seeking a Community Outreach Manager to lead local marketing initiatives, foster relationships, and drive customer engagement through events and partnerships. You will grow our brand and ensure the store remains a hub for the local fitness and running community.

Leverage community connections, plan and staff events, and collaborate with regional marketing to align efforts. Weekend/evening availability and local travel required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in grassroots marketing or community outreach.
• Excellent communication in public and team settings.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Ability to travel locally for outreach and events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement local marketing and outreach strategies.
• Build relationships with local running groups and race directors.
• Plan and staff local races and events to boost brand presence.
• Lead store events and partnerships to drive in-store traffic.
