Fleet Feet in Virginia Beach is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute grassroots and digital marketing efforts, driving store traffic and customer engagement within the local running community.

You will collaborate with Store Management, the Running Club Team, and local partners to coordinate events, races, and outreach. A flexible schedule and strong communication skills are essential to success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven track record of cold calling and building grassroots relationships. preferred.
• Working knowledge of Social Media and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and see tasks through to completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication; collaborative and customer-centric.

Responsabilités

• Support Marketing Manager to drive store traffic and sales objectives.
• Execute grassroots marketing, social media, email campaigns and outreach events.
• Develop race partnerships and coordinate packet pickups and race support.
• Collaborate with Store Management, Retail Experience Team, Running Club Team, and local community.
• Assist in maintaining a high-energy, results-driven store marketing environment.
