Job summary

Fleet Feet in Delray Beach, FL, is hiring a Community Outreach Coordinator to bridge the local running and fitness community with our stores. You’ll build partnerships, plan events, and align efforts with national campaigns to grow brand presence.

You’ll work with store leadership and marketing teams to drive in-store engagement, support retail staff during events, and represent Fleet Feet with energy, empathy, and a focus on inclusive, community-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and with a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Canva.
• Experience in run specialty retail, community outreach, or fitness-related roles is a plus.
• Existing relationships in local running or wellness communities are desirable.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic relationships with local running groups, community organizations, and fitness-focused stakeholders.
• Plan and execute community events to promote in-store engagement and sales.
• Collaborate with Fleet Feet's regional marketing team to align local outreach with national campaigns.
• Coordinate and update social media, website content, and local marketing using company tools and brand standards.
• Represent the Fleet Feet brand consistently across all community-facing interactions.
• Work regular floor shifts to stay connected with the customer experience and upcoming events.
• Assist customers through the outfitting process with personalized service and product education.
