Job summary

Fleet Feet is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to connect our stores with the local running and fitness community. This role blends community relationship-building with in-store engagement to expand our impact, raise brand awareness, and drive business growth across multiple events and partnerships.

You’ll collaborate with Store Leadership, the Store Support Team, and local partners to create welcoming, well-organized events and programs that showcase Fleet Feet’s mission and products

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating community events or outreach programs.
• Strong networking skills and relationship-building with community partners.
• Comfort working in a retail environment and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local running and fitness communities to drive Fleet Feet events.
• Coordinate in-store and community events to raise brand awareness and traffic.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership and local partners to plan outreach programs.
• Support customer engagement initiatives and represent Fleet Feet in community activities.
