Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Notary or ability to obtain notary within 6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent American Bank in a courteous, professional manner.
• Obtain and maintain a working understanding of all products and services sold by American Bank.
• Interview customers seeking banking services and process transactions with accuracy.
• Manage accounts including loans, deposits, and other retail banking services, cross-sell where appropriate.
• Solicit new business from current customers to meet loan and deposit goals.
• Review overdrawn accounts and contact customers for resolution.
• Provide account maintenance and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Assist in opening and closing branch operations and maintain compliance with procedures.
• Support teller line and Cash handling as needed.
