Store - DFW-DALLAS/BELTLINE RD, TX

Lead the operational processes to deliver sales and profits while protecting assets. Ensure a well merchandised and in-stock store by leading inventory management. Lead a team to deliver a customer-centric shopping experience with friendly service.

Major Activities

1. Assist Store Manager in planning and executing store workload and scheduling.
2. Ensure adherence to SOPs, company programs, and compliance with laws; uphold policies and standards; maintain store conditions and results.
3. Support truck unloading and stocking, following standards within budget.
4. Manage team KPIs and overall store KPIs.
5. Oversee visual merchandising and layout execution.
6. Manage inventory and merchandise operations, including Omni-channel processes.
7. Implement shrink and safety programs.
8. Train, coach, and participate in performance management of team; support talent development; utilize leadership competencies.
9. Promote respectful interactions, positivity, and organizational values; serve as a role model.
10. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
11. Assist customers with locating products and solutions.
12. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
13. Support Omni-channel processes.

• Retail management leadership experience.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods, move throughout the store.
• Bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders.

Work Environment

• Public retail store with climate-controlled areas; some outdoor work; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
