Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Summary of Position

Collaborate with the General Manager, Retail Manager, and V.P. of Merchandising to support all retail operations functions, both front and back of house.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn and understand Retail Pro for accurate pricing, transaction processing, and issue resolution. Lead retail operations including merchandising and warehousing.
• Work with Retail Operations and Retail Manager to optimize product sales using reports, analyses, and reviews.
• Create and oversee customer service training programs to ensure high service standards.
• Assist with store setup, merchandising displays, staff training, and participate in annual inventories.

Position Requirements

• Self-motivated with high professional and ethical standards; able to work independently.
• Adaptable to changing environments and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Retail Pro or similar POS software.
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally, with capacity for bending, twisting, and standing for long periods.

Knowledge and Experience

• College Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years retail operations experience required.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in National Parks or Resorts is a plus.
