Job summary

Qik n EZ is seeking a dedicated retail Manager to support store operations, lead teams, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in Bloomington/Normal, IL. This hands-on role focuses on developing people and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven management experience in retail or fuel industries, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coach team members across shifts, including holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail or fuel industry management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach team members effectively.
• Willing to work holidays and on-call when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work across multiple locations.
• Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and a 4-panel drug test.
• Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations.
• Lead by example, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage and prioritize store tasks, ensuring standards are met and exceeded.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, audits, and vendor deliveries.
• Complete daily paperwork and troubleshoot reporting errors.
• Develop, post, and maintain accurate store schedules.
• Uphold all company policies, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Manage store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
