Job summary

Tailwind Concessions is seeking a Retail Manager in Jackson, WY to take full ownership of retail operations at our location. You will manage a team of retail employees, maintain stock levels, fulfill orders, build vendor relationships, and control COGS while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong team leadership, operations focus, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a retail team.
• Experience ordering with multiple vendors and managing vendor relationships.
• Ability to control costs and manage COGS in retail.
• Proven experience with cash handling and customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Basic math for transactions and providing change.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage and oversee a team of retail employees, including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and daily duties.
• Train and develop retail associates and cashiers to meet performance goals and guest service standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and lead by example.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
