Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Maintain inventory awareness, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained.
• Produce extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual and assist multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold all company policies and internal controls, and flag potential fraud risks.
