Cracker Barrel is seeking a Retail Manager in Saraland, AL who will lead a team to deliver a welcoming guest experience, manage merchandising and inventory, and coach staff to meet sales goals. You will set the example with great hospitality and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth store performance.

You will drive guest satisfaction and store profitability by focusing on teamwork, coaching, and hands-on leadership, while maintaining high standards for service, cleanliness, and appearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Can work a 45-hour week (five 9-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed.
• Has a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
