Job summary

Cracker Barrel in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Retail Manager who will oversee all aspects of store operations—from merchandising and inventory to driving sales and developing your team.

Backed by the right tools and training, you’ll set the example and inspire your team to share the goodness of country hospitality, lead with a warm, confident style, and deliver a memorable guest experience. This role requires a 45-hour week with some holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Ability to work a 45-hour week (five 9-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of retail operations: merchandising, inventory, and sales.
• Develop and coach your team to deliver a welcoming shopping experience.
