Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Retail Manager in Buford, GA to lead store operations, merchandising, inventory, and sales while developing a high-performing team. You will create a welcoming guest experience and set the standard for hospitality and excellence in a busy retail environment.

You will manage merchandising and staffing, coach team members, and ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on both hands-on leadership and strategic vision.

You will oversee all aspects of retail operations from merchandising and inventory to driving sales and developing your team.
