Cracker Barrel is seeking a Retail Manager in Hattiesburg, MS to lead store operations, merchandising, and inventory while driving sales and developing a high-performing team. You will foster a welcoming guest experience and model Cracker Barrel hospitality in daily actions.

Qualified candidates bring 2+ years in retail management, the ability to work five 9-hour shifts weekly, including holidays, and a high school diploma or GED. Mutual respect and teamwork are core to our culture.
