Job summary

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. in Matthews, NC is seeking a Retail Manager to lead store operations and develop a high-performing team. You’ll supervise merchandising, inventory, and sales, while creating a warm, country-hospitality guest experience.

You’ll manage staff scheduling, coach your team, and drive results through engagement, attention to detail, and a hands-on leadership style. High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of retail management required.
