European Wax Center in Plano, TX is seeking a Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the center, coach a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales goals. This is a full-time in-center leadership role.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience, flexible availability, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will manage KPIs, budgets, and guest management software to deliver consistent service and growth.

What You'll Do

This is a full-time leadership role, flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts. Center Managers are typically expected to work two Saturdays per month. Hours and schedules may vary based on business needs.
