European Wax Center in Omaha, NE seeks a Retail Manager to lead day-to-day center operations, coach a motivated team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales goals. This full-time, in-center leadership role emphasizes coaching, training, and performance management.

You will drive sales, maintain compliance, and oversee center performance, staffing, and merchandising. The position requires strong communication and a passion for guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail or beauty environments preferred.
• Flexible availability to support business needs.

What You'll Do

As the Retail Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the center while coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales goals. This is a full-time, in-center leadership position.

• 2+ years of management experience (retail and/or beauty preferred, but not required)

Scheduling Requirements

This is a full-time leadership role, flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts.Center Managers are typically expected to work two Saturdays per month. Hours and schedules may vary based on business needs.
