Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Retail Manager to lead day-to-day center operations in Plano, TX. You will coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, achieve sales goals, and maintain strong center performance.

The role is in-center, full-time and requires flexible availability, including some weekends. You will drive coaching, staffing, and compliance while fostering a positive culture and ensuring guest satisfaction across all services and products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience (retail and/or beauty preferred, but not required).
• Flexible availability is required to support business needs
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment

What You'll Do

As the Spa Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the center while coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales goals. This is a full-time, in-center leadership position.

This is a full-time leadership role, flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts. Center Managers are typically expected to work two Saturdays per month. Hours and schedules may vary based on business needs.
