Fleet Feet is seeking a Retail Experience Manager (RXM) in Fayetteville, NC to lead daily store operations, recruit and coach Outfitters, and drive exceptional customer service while delivering strong sales performance. This is a full-time role with flexible hours to support a dynamic retail environment.

You will mentor a high-energy team, foster collaboration, and champion Fleet Feet’s community programs and events as part of the store’s ongoing success.

Overview

As the Retail Experience Manager (RXM) at Fleet Feet, you’ll be at the heart of our store’s daily operations, leading with passion, supporting your team, and delivering a premium customer experience. This role is about much more than managing people and processes. You’ll be a mentor, motivator, and example of what it means to go above and beyond for customers and teammates alike. Your presence on the sales floor will drive performance, nurture a high-energy team culture, and contribute directly to the store’s overall success.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Team: Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Outfitters (Retail Sales Associates) to be customer-first and goal-oriented.
• Coach and Inspire: Set expectations, provide real-time feedback, recognize achievements, and support individual growth.
• Own the Floor: Manage sales floor operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee the Fleet Feet Outfitting Experience.
• Solve and Support: Address customer concerns with care and resolve challenges promptly and professionally.
• Foster Culture: Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance store environment through daily leadership and team engagement.
• Communicate Clearly: Maintain consistent communication across team members to ensure alignment, clarity, and enthusiasm.
• Champion Initiatives: Support and promote Fleet Feet’s events, programs, and community outreach efforts.

• Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting and carrying 25–50 lbs and working on your feet in a retail setting.
