Overview

As theRetail Experience Manager (RXM)at Fleet Feet, you'll be at the heart of our store's daily operations, leading with passion, supporting your team, and delivering a premium customer experience. What You'll Do

• Own the Floor: Manage sales floor operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee the Fleet Feet Outfitting Experience.
• Solve and Support: Address customer concerns with care and resolve challenges promptly and professionally.
• Foster Culture: Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance store environment through daily leadership and team engagement.
• Communicate Clearly: Maintain consistent communication across team members to ensure alignment, clarity, and enthusiasm.
• Champion Initiatives: Support and promote Fleet Feet's events, programs, and community outreach efforts.
