Role Description

The Retail Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. This role includes leading and coaching store team members, managing schedules, and supporting hiring and training to maintain strong, engaged teams. The Retail Manager monitors sales performance, merchandising standards, inventory levels, and store cleanliness, ensuring alignment with Erewhon’s brand and wellness-focused mission. The role also involves resolving customer issues, promoting customer satisfaction, implementing initiatives to drive sales, and collaborating with leadership to meet operational and financial goals.
