Cura in Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations for the hospital account. You will lead a large staffing team across chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, financial responsibility, and excellent written and verbal communication. You will ensure professional, efficient, and profitable operations while upholding Cura's standards in healthcare
