Job summary

Cura Hospitality in Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our healthcare account. You will oversee culinary operations, safety and sanitation, and day-to-day restaurant and catering activities for Woman's Hospital.

This role requires building and retaining a large staff, delivering high quality service, and maintaining profitable operations through strong leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ supervisory experience.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• ServSafe Manager certification (nice-to-have).
• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (nice-to-have).
