Job summary

Ambrelle Brand Management Limited is seeking a Senior Retail Manager to lead our fashion retail operations across multiple storefronts. You will drive sales targets, manage inventory, and oversee consignment efforts while ensuring brand standards.

Reporting to the regional director, you will recruit and train frontline staff, optimize schedules, coordinate store openings, and collaborate with marketing and finance to deliver events and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of senior retail management experience (Fashion retail preferred).
• Experience managing both direct-retail and consignment business models.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and manpower budgeting.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage staff across different regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Sales & KPI Leadership: Drive all storefronts to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and operational KPIs.
• Retail Expansion: Identify new strategic locations, manage store fit-outs, and lead the end-to-end launch of new retail outlets.
• Consignment Management: Oversee the consignment project, acting as the key account lead to ensure stock health, brand visibility, and partner relationship management.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage the stock lifecycle from warehouse to storefront. Work with Production to ensure product mix is 'market-fit' for local demographics.
• People Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training for frontline staff. Optimize manpower scheduling and performance reviews.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing (for events/promotions) and Finance (for budgeting) to ensure seamless operations.
• Marketing & Events: Execute in-store promotions and seasonal events to drive brand loyalty and foot traffic.
