Overview

Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.

Responsibilities

• Maximize retail and net sales in assigned doors to grow market share, ranking and productivity
• Supervise, coach & motivate the frontline team to ensure that they work efficiently and effectively
• Be responsible for recruiting and developing frontline team
• Ensure the excellent image and execution quality at the assigned POS
• Ensure the in-store promotions and events execution efficiency
• Ensure the operation efficiency of the assigned POS
• Be in charge of the assigned retail projects implementation and follow-up
• Be the market intelligence on key competitors’ activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in any disciplines
• 5+ years of relevant experience in beauty brand with at least 2 years at a supervisory level
• Excellent in sales management and people development skill
• Strong numerical and business sense with excellent analytical and communication skills
• Good in MS Excel and formula setting
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
