As a trainee, you will assume responsibility for the store's overall operation in the absence of the Store Manager, support duties to meet financial and sales goals, and focus on building strong relationships with associates and customers while promoting Hannaford's strategic culture.

Formación

• College degree or Retail Management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of store operations and total store merchandising techniques.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills with customer service focus.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and adapt to technical requirements.
• Able to meet business needs with flexible scheduling.
• Must attain Certified Food Safety Manager accreditation within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support store operations to meet financial and sales goals.
• Build associate and customer relations and promote Hannaford culture.
• Maintain solid communications with the management team and store staff.
