Job summary

CJ's Tire and Auto in New Holland, PA, is seeking a Retail Management Trainee to learn and perform routine shop tasks while delivering exceptional service in our showroom. You will rotate through tire services, oil changes, battery installations, inspections and maintenance, handle phones, onboard customers, estimate service requests, and promote all products.

A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are
