Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operation of a retail facility to ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and operational requirements.
• Participate in structured training to develop leadership and supervisory competencies.
• Support customer service operations by promoting service standards and assisting with concerns resolution.
• Assist with financial and business operations, including monitoring sales, inventory control, cash handling, and expense management.
• Collaborate with Exchange leadership to identify operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and adaptability while preparing for placement into a permanent retail management role.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Learns the full scope of facility operations under the guidance of an experienced Manager through on the job training. The role supports daily retail operations while gaining hands on experience in supervision, merchandising, customer service, staffing, and training. The candidate will also build strong competency in the financial and business acumen required to run a successful facility.

Additional Qualifications/Requirements

• Mobility Required - Upon successful completion of Acclimation/Development Program candidates will be required to relocate to any Exchange location within Eastern Region.
• Eligible candidates may receive Relocation Benefits for post program placement.

• Assists in the daily operation of a retail facility to ensure compliance with Exchange policies, procedures, safety standards, and operational requirements.
