You’ll complete a business‑focused project, present recommendations to leadership, and gain exposure to CVS Health’s broader organization through market travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10‑week program on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast‑paced work environment such as retail, food service, hospitality etc.
• Effective communication, problem solving, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired.
• Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day‑to‑day store operations under Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Develop leadership skills and gain exposure to the broader organization through travel experiences.
• Complete a business‑focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support operational activities such as merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking during busy periods.
