You will work alongside Store Managers and District Leaders, develop leadership skills, manage store operations during peak hours, and present a project with actionable recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations and management practices.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
