CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Intern program for college students to gain hands-on leadership experience in a retail environment. You will work with Store Managers and District Leaders, manage customer interactions, and participate in leadership development opportunities.

Responsibilities include working evenings and weekends, merchandising, inventory, and stocking, with a final business project presented to leadership.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Preferred majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
