A business-focused project and leadership development are central to the experience. You must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program with expected graduation between May 2027 and May 2028, pursuing Business/Management or related fields.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Students should expect to receive their degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors are Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
