You will engage with customers, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, organized store environment while following loss prevention standards. Responsibilities include accurately processing purchases, assisting in merchandising, and contributing to a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support store safety, shrink reduction efforts, and OSHA guidelines.
