Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a Maintenance Associate to provide excellent customer service, support building maintenance, and cart retrieval to ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will help with getting carts, loading purchases, and keeping the parking lot and restrooms clean.

The role requires strong communication, a willingness to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to pass drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe facility.
• Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Load purchases into customer vehicles.
• Monitor and maintain the parking lot and cart area.
• Scrub and maintain facility floors and restrooms.
• Assist in other departments as assigned.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
