Qualifications

• Experience in retail security and loss prevention.
• Law enforcement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and promote excellent service
• Detect, deter and/or detain external theft suspects
• Reduce dishonesty and prevent theft both external and internal
• Monitor large shrink areas in stores
• Report incidents to the asset protection manager
• Provide credible court testimony when required
• Identify areas of high theft and communicate findings
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies
