Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required, AA degree preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides visible security presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Monitors for potential safety issues and ensures compliance with Loss Prevention directives.
• Gathers theft indicators and communicates with Store Leadership and LP Leadership.
• Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures.
• Represents the Ross brand with professional appearance and demeanor.
