ShopRite of Montgomery is seeking a Store Detective to protect assets and provide a safe shopping environment. Duties include monitoring via CCTV, detecting theft, and assisting customers with a friendly, professional manner.

You will utilize loss prevention tools, stand for shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various store locations as needed. Teamwork and reliability are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Able to stand/walk for full shifts.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work in varying temperatures.
• Able to travel to multiple store locations if needed.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Use loss prevention tools to identify and minimize shrink.
• Detect and apprehend with professional conduct.
• Represent the company in investigations.
• Coordinate activities for productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain security of doors and entrances.
• Greet customers and help locate items.
• Follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe work/shopping environment.
