Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. is seeking full-time Loss Prevention Officers to protect our retail clients. Duties include monitoring cameras, confronting shoplifters, and writing detailed incident reports.

You will work under the Loss Prevention section of a full-service security company with a long history in the region. The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to testify in court, and coordination with local law enforcement.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have Security experience and strong Customer Service Skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store cameras for potential shoplifters and deter theft.
• Confront and stop potential shoplifters and document incidents in detailed reports.
• Prepare and testify in court regarding shoplifting incidents when required.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement to deter theft and ensure store safety.
