Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and a drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in security and customer service preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resume lists all security and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV for shoplifting and deter theft.
• Confront and stop suspected shoplifters and document incidents.
• Write detailed reports for clients on incidents.
• Testify in court when required.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement as needed.
• Provide courteous customer service to shoppers and staff.
