Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. seeks a full-time Loss Prevention Officer for a retail setting. You will monitor CCTV to identify shoplifting, confront suspects, and document incidents in detailed reports for the client.

You will testify in court as needed and must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with weekends and both shifts included.

Qualifikationen

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and a drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have a HS Diploma or GED
• Must have Security experience and strong Customer Service Skills
• Must have good written/verbal communication skills
• ALL of your work experience should be listed on your resume, especially Security experience and also Customer Service experience

Aufgaben

• Monitor cameras for potential shoplifters and deter theft.
• Confront and stop potential shoplifters when necessary.
• Write detailed, client-facing reports on incidents.
• Testify in court for shop-lifting cases as required.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional communication with staff and customers.
• Network with local law enforcement to deter and apprehend shoplifters.
