Qualifications

• 1-3 years of LP or related educational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store traffic for potential theft while following company dress code.
• Complete incident reports in LPMS for shoplifting and grab-&-go activity; follow up with authorities.
• Create an inclusive in-store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and safe.
• Require 100% ability to walk the sales floor, stockrooms and office areas during shift.
• Ability to deescalate incidents involving confrontation by athletes exhibiting concerning behavior.
• Support, promote and demonstrate company values related to customer engagement.
• Participate in Shrink Coach meetings, new hire orientation and conduct training sessions.
• May assist Shrink Coach with Shrink Business Plan execution on a limited basis.
• Conduct MES sweeps, fitting room checks and safety standard checks when traffic is slow.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs and maintain confidentiality of company information.
