Qualifications

• 1- 3 years of prior LP or educational experience in Loss Prevention preferred

Responsibilities

• Mitigate losses by deterring external theft and executing operational programs.
• Model customer engagement to detect shoplifters and assist customers.
• Assist in investigations and promote store awareness on theft and operational controls.
• Monitor store compliance with safety, operational controls and MES execution.
• Complete incident reports and coordinate with local authorities for after the fact cases.
