You will help safeguard store assets, engage with customers, and support shrink-reduction initiatives. You will work with store management to investigate incidents and ensure safety and policy compliance.

This role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to respond to changing situations with discretion. Flexible scheduling is required.

• Completes daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Adheres to shoplifter guidelines and policies.
• Provides timely, courteous service to customers.
• Observes, apprehends, and deters acts of dishonesty if needed.
• Coordinates shrink-related activities with Store Management.
