Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Loss Prevention professional in Springfield, MO. You will complete daily loss prevention and safety tasks, maintain strong relations with store management, and address theft through policy-guided apprehensions and teamwork.

You will also support shrink reduction goals and report findings accurately. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of retail or security experience, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to changing situations while maintaining

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store loss prevention and safety tasks.
• Maintain positive relationships with store management.
• Conduct apprehensions within established policies and guidelines.
• Communicate with associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identify and resolve internal and external theft.
• Complete and file paperwork accurately and timely.
• Coordinate shrink-related activities with Store Management.
