Responsibilities

• Completes daily loss prevention and safety tasks.
• Maintains relationships with Store Management.
• Conducts apprehensions within policies and guidelines.
• Communicates with associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Observes and deters theft by outsiders.
• Participates in investigations and surveillance as assigned.
• Maintains evidence and participates in legal activities as needed.
• Coordinates shrink-related activities with Store Management.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
