The TJ Maxx store in Mission Viejo is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to support safety programs, deter theft, and partner with Store Management. You will report to the Loss Prevention team and contribute to a secure, customer-friendly environment.

• Coordinates and completes shrink related activities with Store Management.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
