The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention role at TJ Maxx in Bel Air, MD. You will help ensure store safety, investigate theft, and collaborate with store leadership to reduce shrink and improve operations.

We value strong communication and analytical thinking as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule. Prior retail or security experience is a plus, and training will be provided to support growth within the company.

• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic time management skills are needed.
• Investigative and analytical abilities are important.
• Able to adapt to shifts and flexible scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Completes daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains relationships with Store Management.
• Communicates with associates on shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters theft as needed.
• Coordinates shrink-related activities with Store Management.
