Job summary

TJ Maxx in Hawaii (USA) seeks a Loss Prevention Associate to support safety programs, deter theft, and protect assets. You will build relationships with store management, assist in shrink reduction efforts, and provide courteous service to customers.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to respond to changing situations. Prior retail/security experience is helpful. Flexible schedule expected.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily store loss prevention and safety tasks.
• Maintains relations with store management and communicates shrink initiatives.
• Observes and apprehends loss, within policy.
• Participates in investigations and surveillance as assigned.
• Coordinates shrink-related activities with management.
