Qualifications

• Retail or security experience is a plus (0–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear the approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers courteously and provide assistance as needed.
• Position at the front of the store or in a department as required.
• Refer customers to management or customer service via radio for support.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweeps with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
