Job summary

The TJ Maxx at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, support store safety, and assist customers. You will stand at the front of the store and collaborate with management to protect the brand and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualified candidates have 0–2 years in retail or security, strong communication, and reliable judgment. This is an on-site role with a starting hourly pay range tied to experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review Store Emergency Response Guide and wear a body worn camera.
• Greet customers and assist via store management or customer service channels.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
